There is no magic pill or potion that will stop aging or disease. Forget Hollywood stars or aging baby boomer MDs that promise a fountain of youth. For lasting vitality, energy and real rejuvenation of the body, the ancients knew the key was regular cleansing and detoxification.

Cleansing & Detoxification Levels - Overview
There are 2 levels to choose from. Both include 3 components: diet, nutrients and external therapy.
Please note: Cleansing the cells and tiisues can often elicit detox (Herxheimer) reactions such as rash, fatigue, headache, aches, as well as gut issues, and emotional changes. This is normal. If it feels uncomfortable, simply cut the dose of supplementation in half or discontinue a few days, then start again slowly at half dosage. I often find patients are not drinking enough water or not having at least 2 bowel movements each day. If unsure which level to use, try Level 1 first. You can always get more aggressive or try Level 2 later on. Many people feel so great after completing Level 1 they don't need to go any further.
Diet:
A crucial step for cleansing that many ignore or ‘slack’ on. Although the most challenging element component, it can be the most rewarding. Food sensitivities or allergies can undermine all efforts, so diet is vital for immunity and digestion, allowing your organs better cleanse the connective tissue matrix.
Nutritional Supplementation:
This focuses on organs of elimination: liver, kidneys, lymph and colon. This greatly speeds the cleansing process through herbs, nutrients, food powders and homeopathics. For those who don’t want to take pills, I custom blend/compound an herbal liquid instead.
External Therapy/Support:
This turns a good program into a great one. The sad part is most commercially available programs have inferior quality products and completely ignore the connective tissue matrix. Without cleansing the matrix, your time, effort and money put into detoxification is wasted. It’s like asking a saturated sponge to clean up a mess. It simply can’t. These home therapies and are easy and include:
Dry skin brushing. Use a natural bristle body brush (health food stores or bath stores). Gentlybrush the entire body skin, just enough to get a slight.pink color. Procedure should take no longer than 12minutes. Best done before a shower or bath. For kidney, lymph and matrix.
Castor oil packs. Apply to the kidney areas (the low back, just around the bottom ribs) and the liver/gallbladder area (right side of upper abdomen, between the nipple and rib cage margin). Don’t use inferior grade oil. See my web article for instructions. For kidney, liver/GB, lymph and matrix.
Epsom salt baths. Use 3-4 cups of Epsom salt (at most stores) per bathtub of warm water. Soak for 15-30 minutes. Leave a window or door open for ventilation, and keep neck above water. Optional: if no bath available use as a foot soak at 1 cup per large bucket of hot water.
Coffee enemas. Perhaps the deepest bowel and liver/gallbladder cleansing available. Better than colonics! Directions available through many books, online sources, or my website article. Use only organic and caffeinated coffee. Decaffeinated won't work.
Infrared (IR) saunas. The only sauna I currently recommend is made by this company, and available online here. Note: the right type of sauna, with independently-verified benefits, pulls out both fat and water-soluble toxins unlike anything else. Products needed: | *NAD+ Gold, *Liposomal Glutathione (Quicksilver Scientific or Pure Encapsulations brands only) and *G.I. Fortify powder. If you have been tested to for heavy metals, add in *G I Detox+ caps at 2 caps before bed, or 2+ hours after a meal. Dietary support: | A low-glycemic, modified elimination program. Low in fats and oils. This will reduce inflammation and food allergies, boost immunity and balance blood sugar. On this diet, you will eliminate all sources of dairy, gluten, eggs, alcohol, and sweets; while increasing fresh fruits, veggies, lean protein and whole grains (no flour products of any kind). No beef, pork or deep fried foods are allowed. Beverages allowed: caffeine-free herbal teas, water, sparkling water, rice milk, hemp milk, oat milk, or almond milk. Drink at least 48oz. water a day, in its pure form (or add some lemon). No tap water unless filtered! Grains allowed (organic only): brown rice, black rice, quinoa, oats, buckwheat, millet, amaranth. Protein allowed: all beans, legumes (split pea, lentil, black, navy, pinto, white, aduki, mung, kidney, garbanzo, etc), nuts (except peanuts) and seeds including nut butters like almond, cashew and sesame, hummus, organic & free-range turkey, lamb, certain fish (wild Alaskan salmon, sole, tillapia, trout), pea & rice proteinpowder like *Vital Clear® or MediClear-SGS (for smoothies). Fruit allowed: all except are allowed. Vegetables allowed: all except tomatoes (even though technically it's a fruit). |
ExternalTherapy: | Dry skin brushing daily and Epsom Salt Baths in evening, 3 times a week. |
Upon Arising - The Lemon Drink: Squeeze the juice of ½ of a lemon into 12 oz of purified water.
15 Minutes Later - The Fiber Drink: take 1 heaping teaspoon of GI Fortify powder and blend, shake or quickly stir with 8 oz. water and drink down. Don’t delay, as it gets thicker. Make sure to follow with another glass of water. Add 1 Tbsp of apple or pear juice to it for flavor if desired. Two BM’s a day is required, so if constipated, take any herbal laxative.
Breakfast Options: stir-fried, steamed or baked veggies with baked potato; smoothie (2 scoops of *Vital Clear® or MediClear-SGS powder with a non-dairy milk (almond, oat, or hemp) or coconut water; fresh fruit; beans and rice with avocado slices; sliced apple with almond or cashew butter; a bowl of cooked oatmeal (organic) with raisins and chopped apples and 1/4 tsp cinnamon; a bowl of cooked millet with 1 cup wild blueberries.
Supplements (before or after breakfast): 4 pumps each of NAD+ Gold followed a few minutes later by Liposomal Glutathione. This is detox for the kidneys, liver, nerves, and brain; provides cellular energy to enable the detox pathways to work efficiently. Hold for at least 30 seconds under the tongue before swallowing to aid absorption.
Snack: (optional) At 10-11am, eat an apple, a pear, or 1 cup ofberries.
Lunch options: same as breakfast, or consider a mixed green salad with 1 can of wild Alaskan salmon (no tuna) or 2 slices of turkey, or 6-8 oz baked or grilled salmon/ fish. A tasty option is a bowl of veggie chili, a turkey burger (without the bun, and no cheese), mixed raw veggies with hummus, or brown rice with steamed veggies. Deeper cleansing option: 1-2 scoops of Vital Clear or MediClear-SGS powder mixed with 12oz. water.
Snack: (optional) At 3-4pm, have some baby carrots or cucumber slices with 1 Tbsp. nut butter. Optional: Protein smoothie with *Vital Clear.
Dinner Options: see lunch ideas, but consider baked squash with green salad, or grilled portabello mushroom with quinoa or black rice.
Supplements (before or after dinner): 4 pumps each of NAD+ Gold followed by Liposomal Glutathione. Remember to hold in the mouth at least 30+ seconds prior to swallowing!
Evening Snack: (optional) At 7-8pm, try one cup of mixed fresh fruit, an orange or apple, or sliced watermelon.
